1. Service-Based Refund

Once a project has been initiated, partial or full refunds are generally not available. However, if a project is canceled before any design or development work has begun, a partial refund (minus any administrative fees) may be considered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under specific conditions, including:
• Failure to deliver the agreed-upon service, with no reasonable progress.
• Major deviation from the project scope without client approval.
• Duplicate or erroneous billing, with verified proof.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind after project initiation.
• Delays caused by client-side feedback or content delivery.
• Completed services or delivered digital assets.
• Minor errors or dissatisfaction if the project meets the approved scope.

4. Custom Projects

Since most of our services are customized to your business needs, they are non-refundable once completed and approved by the client.

• Any supporting documentation
We will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days.

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Vebora management.
