Project Overview

FitCare Technologies, a health and wellness startup, collaborated with Vebora to design the digital experience for their next-generation fitness and care device. The device combined smart fitness tracking with wellness monitoring, allowing users to measure workouts, recovery, hydration, and stress levels in one ecosystem. The challenge was to create a seamless interface that motivated users to stay active while also making health data simple, human, and actionable.

Scope of Work

Our team focused on crafting a user journey that bridged fitness performance with holistic well-being. We built a design system that felt dynamic for athletes yet approachable for everyday users. The scope of work included:

• User research & persona mapping across fitness enthusiasts, casual exercisers, and wellness-focused users
• Custom mobile app design with activity tracking, guided workouts, and recovery insights
• Health monitoring dashboards for hydration, sleep quality, and stress management
• Gamified interaction models to boost motivation and daily engagement
• Prototyping & usability testing to refine the experience before full rollout

Outcome

The new product experience helped FitCare establish itself as a pioneer in hybrid fitness + care technology. Users reported feeling more in control of their wellness journey, while the brand gained strong market traction.
